China Pushes India to Let Go of Illusions and Step Back

China strongly urges India to withdraw all troops that illegally entered China, threatening that it will defend its territory “at all costs”

India has been strongly suggested to withdraw all its troops that have trespassed China’s territory. More than that, China threatens to do whatever it takes in order to defend its territory.

“The Chinese border troops have taken initial counter measures at the site and will step up targeted deployment and training,” said Wu Qian, spokesperson for the Ministry of National Defense

The Indian troops entered China and crossed the boundary in mid-June in order to obstruct the road construction in Donglang region.

Therefore, Wu pushed India to immediately withdraw its troops, threatening that if they don’t, they will do whatever it takes to defend their territory.

“We strongly urge India to take solid measures to correct its mistakes and desist from provocation,” Wu said, giving India a chance to restore peace in the border areas

Moreover, the spokesman also warned India to let go of any impractical illusions.

Moreover, he added that the history of the People’s Liberation Army (PLA) for the past 90 years has proven its high capability and determination to safeguard national sovereignty and territorial integrity.

“It’s easier to shake a mountain than the PLA,” Wu said.
